[ltr]The scientists discovered that the avoid looking to strange women (lowering gaze)helps in the stabilization of heart and brain mechanism, also, lowering the gaze makes people apart from many relations that waste time, money and effort. Looking to forbidden things leads to adultery and its consequences such as AIDS and many diseases , Allah Almighty says to the believers: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.){ Sûrat An-Nûr -(The Light) -verse30[/ltr]
