When prophet Mohamed peace be upon him entered “Mekka” the disbelievers were afraid but he didn’t even think to revenge because they harm him and fight against him but he decided to let them free and because of that action many of them decided to enter the religion of Islam. Today, recent scientists say that pardoning others is a way to heal many psychological disorders, and also to raise our immune system, Allah says: (And to forego is nearer to At-Taqwa (piety, right-eousness, etc.). And do not forget liberality between yourselves. Truly, Allah is All-Seer of what you do.) {Sûrat Al-Baqarah- The Cow-verse237}, don’t we forego and pardon others to be good followers of that great prophet?

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him was kind with all people and also with animals and we know about the woman who entered hell because she let a cat to die when she prevented food and water from that cat, here some orientalists believe that Mohamed is the first man in history to put the principles of animal caring, Allah says about the prophet: (Verily, there has come unto you a Messenger (Mohamed) from amongst yourselves (i.e. whom you know well). It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He (Mohamed) is anxious over you for the believers (he is) full of pity, kind, and merciful.){Sûrat At-Taubah- The Repentance-verse128}

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon faced many hard situations especially when he was immigrating from “Mekka” to”Al Madina” when Abu baker joined him in that journey and Abu baker was afraid that any bad thing may harm the prophet by the disbelievers, at that time both of them were sitting in “the cave of Thawr ” but the prophet wanted to make Abu baker feels safe as he told him: (Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us.) {Sûrat At-Taubah- The Repentance-verse40 }, here we have to know that many scientific researches confirmed that the sad feeling negatively affects our immune system , don’t we follow the sayings of our prophet and leave sadness to be happy by the mercy of Allah Almighty?

The prophet peace be upon him mentioned many Hadiths about the importance of cooperation and helping others as he says: (you don’t believe till you love to yourself what you love to others) {the right series}. Here we see how the prophet encourage us to help others and to offer all good things to them, but all psychologists confirm that helping others reduces the Nervousness because helping others stimulates secreting a hormone called “endorphin” and that hormone helps us to feel happy, the question is, the prophet seeks happiness for us in this life and in the hereafter, isn’t he?

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him was kind with all people especially with his wives as he used to say (take care of your wives) {narrated by Al-Bukhari} and if we carefully study his biography we must find that he is on an exalted standard of character in all humanity. Today, recent studies confirm that the Family quarrels lead to weaken the immune system of our body and may cause heart attacks for those who suffer heart problems! Now, we can understand benefits of kindness between wives and husbands, isn’t a miracle testifies that the prophet is sincere and he is a prophet from Allah Almighty?
